Egy Holding put the finishing touch to the Construction phase of “EPIC COMPLEX” Project according to the standard specifications of Fitwel organization
EGY HOLDING Group announced its success in finalizing the implementations of the entire construction works of “EPIC COMPLEX” project in the New Administrative Capital, to be the first project in Egypt and the Middle East to be designed according to the highest international standards of Fitwel organization for healthy and sustainable buildings.

He explained that Fitwel is a global organization specialized in supporting real estate companies in designing workplaces and residential buildings according to standards that enhance the physical and mental health of the inhabitants. He also noted that after completing the construction of the project, the company has reached approximately 80% completion of the interior finishes, and is currently working on implementing the electromechanical systems and central air conditioning systems. Epic complex includes 9 floors, including two for commercial use, six repeated floors for administrative and medical use, one hotel floor, and an attached multi-story garage with a total area of 13,100 m².
He added that the success achieved by Egy Holding Group in this promising project is the result of strong efforts from an integrated team that includes Egyptian and international consulting offices and institutions, who made strong efforts in all stages of the project development. He noted that the work on the project did not stop despite the challenges faced by the real estate market recently, as commitment has been a hallmark of the company’s success since its inception.
