Revolutionizing Real Estate: Cityscape Egypt Launches Egypt’s First Proptech Challenge in its 13th Edition

Empowering the next generation of real estate innovators, Cityscape Egypt is launching the inaugural Egypt Proptech Challenge. This groundbreaking Proptech Acceleration Program, powered by PROPTEX, aims to support startups driving digital transformation and real estate technology across the MENA region. The Egypt Proptech Challenge will take place at Cityscape Talks on 25 September 2024, from 4 PM to 6 PM, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo.

As Egypt’s first-ever Proptech Challenge, this competition is set to spotlight emerging startups with the potential to revolutionize the real estate industry. It offers a unique opportunity for startups to pitch their innovative ideas to a distinguished audience of investors, industry experts, and fellow entrepreneurs. The competition boasts impressive prizes, with the first-place winner receiving a free startup pod at the 2025 edition of Cityscape Egypt. The second and third-place winners will have the opportunity to be interviewed by Cityscape Intelligence, MENA’s leading real estate intelligence platform, offering enhanced exposure and visibility.

The competition will feature a panel of esteemed judges, including Eng. Abdallah Salam, CEO & President of Madinet Masr; Mohamed Farouk, Group Chairman and CEO of Mobica, and former judge on Egypt’s Shark Tank; Zeina Mandour, Venture Investments Manager at DAR Ventures, Egypt; and Dina El-Shenoufy, Chief Investment Officer at Flat6Labs. The event will also host a thought-provoking panel discussion titled “Future-Proofing Real Estate: Innovations, Technology, and Strategic Venture Investments,” where industry leaders will explore the latest trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
