Nile Property Expo to Kick Off 13th Edition in New Jersey with Amir Eid Performance

The 13th edition of the Nile Property Expo, organised by Expo Republic, will launch next Friday, September 13, 2024, in New Jersey, USA. The event will run until September 15, 2024, showcasing major real estate developers offering exclusive deals and incentives, creating a sense of privilege for the attendees.

The exhibition will attract a prestigious array of high-profile attendees, including prominent public figures and members of the Egyptian diaspora in the U.S. As part of the event’s activities, a concert featuring Egyptian artist Amir Eid will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, adding to the event’s prestige.

Participating real estate developers include major names such as Al Ahly Sabbour Development, City Edge, Saudi Egyptian Developers, Lake View, and Al-Safwa ,Corner Stone .

Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic, emphasised that hosting the Nile Property Expo in New Jersey marks the first time an Egyptian real estate exhibition has been held in the U.S. He noted that the initiative aligns with efforts to tap into new markets and boost Egypt’s real estate exports.

Kalila added that participating companies will promote a range of projects across various cities in Egypt, offering special deals to attendees.

“The expansion of Nile Property Expo to markets outside the Arab world follows extensive research that identified strong demand for Egyptian real estate among expatriates and foreign investors, particularly due to the depreciation of the Egyptian pound against the dollar, making Egyptian property a more attractive investment with high returns.,” he explained.

Last May, the 12th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, saw widespread participation and solid sales for developers. Leading developers at that event included City Edge, Tatweer Misr, Orascom, Al-Ahly Sabbour, Cred, and Misr Italia, demonstrating the Expo’s track record of success.

Since its inception in 2017, Nile Property Expo has been a major contributor to the real estate market, generating approximately $500 million in sales for participating developers. Over 90 developers showcase their projects at the exhibitions, further highlighting the Expo’s influence.
