Intelcia Egypt Celebrates 2024 Milestones and Announces Ambitious Plans for 2025
Intelcia, a global leader in outsourcing services, reflects on a remarkable year of growth and achievement in Egypt while unveiling ambitious plans for 2025. Since launching its operations in 2023, the company has firmly established itself in the Egyptian market, with over 2,000 employees and a strategic vision aimed at driving business growth and fostering local talent.
2024: A Year of Expansion and Impact
This year marked significant milestones for Intelcia Egypt, including the expansion of its Borg El Arab site in Alexandria, which added an impressive 1,371 square meters and 317 additional seats. This growth was underscored by a strategic visit from the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Amr Talaat. During their visit, the officials explored Intelcia’s ambitions to create jobs and enhance customer service operations for clients across the Americas, Europe, and the GCC.
Intelcia Egypt also achieved a remarkable year-on-year growth rate of 43% in 2024, showcasing its strong market position and operational excellence.
Further reinforcing its commitment to local leadership, the company appointed Ahmed Youssef as Country Director. Youssef commented, “We are proud of our accomplishments in 2024 and are excited to continue driving growth through expansion and job creation. Ambitious Growth Plans for 2025
Looking ahead, Intelcia Egypt is poised for significant growth. The company plans to double its workforce to 4,000 employees by the end of 2025, creating new opportunities for skilled Egyptian youth and bolstering the country’s economic development.
Key initiatives for 2025 include:
• Cairo Expansion: Relocating to a new building designed to align with Intelcia’s standards, emphasizing technological advancements and sustainability, will foster an innovative and collaborative workspace for employees while providing additional capacity for growth, with initial plans to expand from 395 to 675 positions.
• Alexandria Growth: Enhancing operations in Alexandria to accommodate growing client demands and adding 317 seats.
