Concrete Developments unveils Jadie Residence with exclusive launch offers

Concrete Developments has unveiled its latest project, Jadie Residence, as part of its growth strategy to capitalize on its extensive expertise in delivering top-tier residential projects. To commemorate the launch, the company is offering flexible payment plans of up to 10 years.

Yahya Khalil, Commercial Sector Manager at Concrete Developments, announced that the new Jadie Residence project is a fully integrated residential compound covering 13 feddans. It features 28 residential buildings with unit sizes ranging from 50 to 250 square meters, designed to offer a comprehensive living experience that caters to the needs of its target clients.

Khalil said that the company is offering attractive launch deals, including a 15% down payment, flexible payment plans of up to 10 years, and a 10% launch discount. He added that the company has carefully crafted these payment options to balance its business objectives with the purchasing power of its target clients, ensuring a smooth execution and on-time delivery of the project.

He highlighted that Concrete Developments boasts an impressive track record since its establishment in 2018, having successfully delivered over 80 distinct projects in locations such as Bait Al Watan, North Rehab, North House, Al Qornfel, Al Narges Buildings, and Al Yasmeen Villas.

The company has completed 50% of these projects, with the remaining ones currently under construction and anticipated to be finished within this year and the next. Building on this success, the company is now advancing its expansion strategy by introducing its first commercial mall, followed by a residential compound.

He continued by stating that the company is expanding by launching the C-Yard commercial mall in the Al Banafseg area of New Cairo, followed by the O-Yard mall, which will feature commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. Subsequently, the company is developing its first fully integrated residential project, Elén Residence, which was launched two months ago and has been fully sold out in record time, thanks to the strong customer trust in the quality of Concrete Developments’ projects.

He highlighted that reputable firms have been engaged for the company’s projects. Eng. Mohamed Tammam from Archrete has been appointed as the engineering consultant for the Elén Residence project, while Eng. Moharam Bakhoum will supervise project execution. For the Jadie Residence project, Eng. Omar Aqeel from Azure has been selected as the engineering consultant.

Furthermore, Eng. Mohamed Rashid from MRB has been brought on board as the management and operations consultant, and Eng. Ashraf Mansour from Mantek has been designated as the electromechanical consultant for the Elén Residence project.

He concluded that the company fully owns, develops, and self-finances all of its projects, drawing on its extensive experience in the real estate market and a talented workforce, highlighted the company’s ambitious expansion plans, which are in line with its optimistic future vision.
