El Batal Developments introduces Rock Yard project in Sheraton with EGP 5 Bn investments

El Batal Developments has announced the launch of its new project, Rock Yard, in Sheraton Heliopolis, East Cairo, with investments of EGP 5 Bn. Rock Yard is the company’s second project in 2024, following the success of its previous project, Rock White, and comes as part of its expansion plan.
Eng. Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, stated that the first phase of the project is now open for reservations. The project features a distinguished classic design and is located in a prime spot in Sheraton Heliopolis, facing both Autostrad Road and Sa’aqa Street. The development spans an area of 21,000 sqm and is just two minutes away from City Centre Almaza.
Doss added that Rock Yard is a residential district comprising 600 units, with spaces ranging from 97 to 182 sqm, offering stunning views of 8,000 sqm of green spaces. Units are available fully finished or customizable to suit various tastes.
He noted that the Rock Yard project offers a unique experience with a distinctive classic design tailored for a comprehensive lifestyle, featuring a variety of facilities. The design includes grand double-height entrances, open spaces, landscaped areas, a children’s playground, a home cinema, dedicated workspaces, areas for daily exercise, and multipurpose halls to meet all needs.
The compound also offers two-level underground parking, 24/7 security with surveillance cameras, maintenance services, and cleaning services, all managed under a hotel-style management system.
He further pointed out that this project is part of the company’s plan to launch five new projects in 2024 in areas including the New Administrative Capital, Sheraton, and New Heliopolis, with total investments amounting to EGP 10 Bn
Moreover, the company successfully launched its first project of the year, Rock White in New Heliopolis, two months ago, with first-phase sales surpassing 90% so far.
El Batal Developments has a history spanning more than 45 years and was one of the first real estate developers to expand outside of Egypt, specifically into the Canadian market. The company has completed a series of notable projects in the Egyptian market under the “Rock” brand in both east and west Cairo, including Rock Eden in 6th of October City, Rock Ville in Obour, Rock Vera in Fifth Settlement, Rock Capital 1 in New Administrative Capital, and Rock Gold, the first mall dedicated to gold and beauty products in the Fifth Settlement.
